About Daniel
Daniel brings a dynamic approach to SeaCoast Health Systems’ development which seeks to reinvent the community/resident relationship and provide new and exciting ways to enhance the senior living industry. Daniel’s passion for working with others has been evident throughout his career as a marketing and business development expert.
Daniel began his venture into health care as a Director of Sales and Marketing in Assisted Living, then a Community Liaison in Skilled Nursing, to a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, to the Vice President of Business Development, and finally to Senior Vice President – Business Development.
As a strong leader in Health Care for over seven years, ranging from Urgent Care, to all levels of care associated within a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Daniel has built strong and lasting relationships within the community and has built a trust among his peers that allows him to be successful in any field he markets. In his new role, Daniel will head up the effort to create a strong presence in the community through social media, new marketing materials, and new innovative approaches to spread the word about SeaCoast properties across the communities they serve.
On several occasions in his career, Daniel and his teams have taken struggling communities and added hundreds-of-thousands of dollars to revenue, through an extensive network of contacts, while almost doubling the census. Daniel is instrumental and effective in finding opportunities for new communities either through acquisitions or new-construction.
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Daniel graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2009 then made the move to Florida in 2013. Daniel is an avid sports fan and spends his leisure time enjoying hockey, playing golf, boating, and spending time with his dog Gianna.
