SeaCoast Expands Senior Living Portfolio with Liberty Ridge in Lexington, KY

SeaCoast Health Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the operational acquisition of “Liberty Ridge”, a 63-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community, along with 58 “garden-style” townhomes, located in Lexington, KY. This is the first acquisition for SeaCoast Health Systems, Inc in the state of Kentucky and provides multiple levels of senior care to Lexington and the surrounding metropolitan area.

The campus provides 51 Assisted Living apartments, 12 Memory Care apartments, and 58 Independent Living townhomes consisting of 2 bedroom/2 bath units. Our nonprofit organization is excited to acclimate into the nearby communities and neighborhoods and look to support the population by utilizing our senior community “best practices”. Each unique level of care within the campus allows us the ability to care for anyone at any age while providing the best quality of life possible.

SeaCoast Health Systems is a full service, turn-key organization. Offering both operations management and development services, we seek to provide comprehensive ownership and management in Independent, Assisted and Skilled Nursing communities.

SCG – SeaCoast Merger Announcement

Effective March 23rd, 2021, SeaCoast Health Systems, Inc and Senior Care Group, Inc. have completed a change in the Board of Directors for the existing 501(c)3, nonprofit.  Through an agreed upon restructuring plan between the two companies, SeaCoast made a contribution to effectively move Senior Care Group, Inc, out of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
