SeaCoast to Acquire 120-Bed Community in USF Area

SeaCoast Elite Management, LLC is pleased to announce we are in the final stages for the acquisition of an existing 120-bed Assisted Living Community in the USF/Uptown Tampa area.

This community will provide affordable living for residents without substantial means to live comfortably in one of the surrounding affluent communities. Most of the residents will be able to take advantage of state-funded resources while thriving in this “all-inclusive” community.

We will offer state-of-the-art features like fall prevention technology, tailored care programs, and onsite physician/therapy services. The transaction is scheduled to be completed by mid-summer 2020 and SeaCoast intends to expand the community to 236 beds. We are excited to share further details during the process.

At SeaCoast Elite Management, “Our Legacy IS Our Inspiration”, guided solely by our recognition to the Quality of Life expected by our seniors.

As leaders in the senior health care industry, we challenge ourselves to seek out new ways to enhance the lives of our current and future residents. With seasoned leadership, the goal for SeaCoast Elite is to identify trends in the industry and continuously adopting new ideas, not only to grow as the industry changes, but encouraging forward thinking to identify the next level trends in senior living.

We strive to provide exceptional senior living to our residents, excellent quality outcomes, and amenities well above our competition.
